Our first (and certainly not last) experience with Derek Cornwall was excellent! He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He answered every question and  explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly and got us into our dream apartment. We highly recommend him!
